The project was realized under the investment program of Kvadra Company. The total investments in the upgrading of power station is 5 bln rubles. The general contractor for the project is E4 Group. The station was developed on the base of two GE Energy LM6000PG-NGD gas turbine plants each rated at 45 MW, PT-25/34-3.4/1.2 steam turbine of Kaluga Turbine Works and Pr-75-4.0-440 heat recovery steam generator supplied by ZIO-MAR. The station is equipped with MARK VI Speedtronic control system. Enerproject fuel gas booster compressor stations were delivered by Energas company.
