New Turbines & Diesels 2018 Power Equipment Catalogue

It is the most complete Power Equipment Catalogue ever appeared in print. It contains detailed information about gas turbines, diesel and gas engines, and power plants on their base.

On the 700 pages of the new version of the Catalogue are presented nearly 20,000 models of power equipment, about 800 companies are in the address section.

Diesel generating sets each rated at 400 kW were produced in Yaroslavl on the base of Doosan DP158LD engines. One generating set operates independently, other three plants in parallel to each other. The station can take the load of 1200 kW depending on operation conditions.

ТММ-ТМ.1150 waste-heat recovery unit was manufactured by TM-Mash (Saint-Petersburg). The customer of the equipment is Trevozhnoye Zarevo JSC (Elisovo, Kamchatsky Area). It will be used for MTU 12V 4000 G23RIF diesel power plant manufactured and delivered by PSM Ltd. (Yaroslavl). Electric output of diesel power plant is 1120 kW. The station generates electric and thermal power for the needs of gold ore field infrastructure.

The power station has total electric output of 440 kW, thermal power output of 290 Gcal/h. The station was developed on the base of two GTE-160 gas turbine power units manufactured by Power Machines T60/73 steam turbine plants supplied by Kaluzhsky turbine plant and heat recovery steam generators produced by EMAlliance. The main fuel for the station is natural gas. The customer of the project is Bashkirskaya generating company. Soyuz ESK carried out all engineering, civil and commissioning works.

The works are carried out by the specialists of Gaspromneft. The plant will be used for associated petroleum gas treatment and injection it into formation. At full load the plant will utilize 95 % of associated petroleum gas from the field. Complex gas treatment plant consists of four GPA-32 Ladoga gas pumping units each rated at 32 MW manufactured by REP Holding JSC.

Ansaldo Energia has been awarded a contract by Shanghai Electric Group, worth 40 million evro, to supply gas turbines and generators for Pancevo Combined Cycle Power Plant in Serbia. The 200 MW Pancevo combined cycle power plant is owned by TE-TO Pancevo, and Shanghai Electric Group will be responsible for engineering, procurement and construction on a turnkey basis. Ansaldo Energia will supply two AE64.3A gas turbines, WY18Z air-cooled generators and the relevant auxiliary systems.

Mayakovskaya and Talakhovskaya gas turbine power stations with total electric output of 156 MW were put into operation in Gusev and Sovetsk respectively. Each station consists of two GE 6F.03 gas turbine plants rated at 78 MW. Gas turbine plants were assembled in Russia at Russian Gas Turbines Ltd. which is joint venture of General Electric, Inter RAO and United engine corporation JSC. In total under the contract with Kaliningradskaya generation eight 6F.03 gas turbine plants were delivered to Kaliningradskaya Region.

Initial water separation plant on the site of booster pumping station is equipped with the system of associated petroleum gas utilization. The system was developed on the base of Energas vacuum compressor station. The station provides compression of low pressure associated petroleum gas and delivery of the gas after mixing it with the gas of the first stage of separation to main compressor station. Nominal output of the station is 1500 m3 per hour. Gas consumption is controlled by two-level control system. All equipment is installed in separate weatherproof container. It operates in automated mode.
