PGU-450 combined cycle power station was commissioned on the site of Yuzhnaya TETs (Saint-Petersburg).

The general designer of the station is Zarubezhenergoproject JSC, general contractor is Technoproexport VO. The station consists of two GTE-160 gas turbine power plants (Power Machines JSC), Ò-125/150-7.4 steam turbine (Power Machines JSC), two PR-228/47-7.86/0.62-515/230 heat recovery steam generators (Podolsky Machine-Building Plant). The main fuel for the station is natural gas. The combined cycle technology ensures high efficiency of the station, low fuel consumption and reduced emission levels.
