Irkutskenergo and Yangtze Power Company (China) will develop the project combined cycle power plant construction in Ust-Kut.

For realization of the project Evrosibenergo and Yangtze Power Company created YES Energo joint venture in Hong Kong. The cost of power station development is 200 million rubles. The designed electric output of the station will be 1.2…1.8 GW. It will consist of combined cycle power units nominally rated at 400…450 MW.
