The second power unit on the base of Waukesha plants was commissioned in Leningradskaya Region.

The unit consists of two Waukesha APG1000 gas engine power plants each rated at 1 MW. The plants were designed around 16V150LTD gas engine and Leroy-Somer 54.1-VL10 electric generator with voltage of 0.4 kV. The plants are equipped with Enalco waste heat boilers. The project was developed by Melian Company. General contractor for the project is Teplitsenergostroy Ltd.
