Iberdrola has completed the construction of the Blue Creek wind farm, located in six townships in Ohio's Van Wert and Paulding counties.

The 304 MW wind farm features 152 Gamesa 2 MW wind turbines. In February 2011, Iberdrola signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with FirstEnergy Solutions, a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp., for 100 MW of the total output of the project.
