Power station for children's entertainment center was built by TOR Company.

Stroemberg JSC is the customer for the project, Prodex is general designer. General contractor is TOR Company. Total electric output of the station is 10.9 MW, thermal capacity – 26 MW. The station was designed on the base of 6 JMS 612 GS-N.LC engines.
