Autonomous power station was installed on the site of scientific-research station on Samoylovsky island (Yakutiya).

The station consists of three Caterpillar D3406Ñ diesel generating sets each rated at 256 kW. Thermal power will be generated by Logano GE515 hot-water boilers supplied by Buderus. Temperature of hot water for central heating will be 70/90 °C. The main power equipment is installed in eight Sever containers.
