The customer of the station is Enisey Ltd. Oil Extracting Company. Total electric output of the station is 4.2 MW. It consists of two Rolls-Royce C25:33L9A diesel power plants each rated at 2.1 MW. The main fuel for the station is heavy oil produced by oil processing plant in Usinsk, back-up is diesel fuel. Before using heavy oil is separated, filtrated and heated. The station operates in very severe north condition. So, generated thermal power is used for heating the heavy oil pipelines.
Complicated fuel supply system was developed for the project. The station is equipped with stand-up container C2250D5 diesel generating set rated at 1.6 MW. It was developed on the base of Cummins diesel engine. Great attention under the project was paid to waste-heat recovery system. It ensures the absence of smoke fumes condensation.
