The project of the station was developed by Tyumenneftegasprojekt JSC. The construction will be carried out in two stages. The first unit of the station will consist of three GTA-8RM gas turbine plants. They will operate in parallel with main power grid of Tyumennergo. The general contractor is Stroymontazh JSC. The station will operate on the base mode using casing-head gas as the fuel. The second unit of the station will consist of 6 GTA-8RM gas turbine plants. The general contractor for the second unit is Nizhnevartovskmontazhspetsstroy JSC.
