Total electric output of the station will be 3.6 MW. The customer of the station is Tasbulat oil corporation Ltd, affiliate of OMV Petrom S.A. The aim of the project is casing head gas utilization. The station will generate electric power for the needs of oil field infrastructure. 
General contractor of the project is Promelektronika-K Ltd. The company is official distributor of GE Jenbacher in Kazakhstan. All works under the contract will be carried out on turn key terms. The commissioning of the station is planned at the end of 2013. The station was designed around GE Jenbacher JGS 612 gas engine plants each rated at 1819 kW. Electric efficiency of each plant is 42.8 %. This project is the third one realized by the company in Kazakhstan. The first project (6 MW) was commissioned on the site of Aryskum oil field under the contract with Petrokazakhstan JSC.
