General designer and general contractor for the project is Progress Company (S.-Petersburg). The station consists of two Siemens SGT-100 gas turbine power plants each rated at 5.4 MW with ORMA waste-heat boilers with thermal output of 8.2 MW each. The station is equipped with three Shuangliang absorption chillers. They were supplied by ERST Ltd. (Saint-Petersburg). Total refrigeration capacity of the station is 19 MW.
