Total electric power of combined cycle power unit is 424 MW, efficiency is 57%. The first power unit of the station was commissioned in April 2013. The third power unit of the station is at present under construction. Its commissioning is planned at the beginning of 2015. General contractor for the project is Fortum JSC. Main power equipment of each unit was supplied by Siemens AG. Each power unit was developed on the base of three Siemens SGT 4000F, ZiO Podolsk heat recovery steam generator with thermal output of 465 t/h, КТ 130 7.7 steam turbine supplied by Power Machines Ltd. equipped with ТЗFG 150 2MUЗ electric generator. The station was commissioned under Fortum investment program under which Fortum has to commission power stations in Russia with total electric output of 2300 MW.
