Residential estate is situated near Tatarenkovo village. Cogeneration power station with electric output of 23.2 MW and peak thermal output of 120 MW will generate electric and thermal power for the needs of the estate. The station will consist of twelve Intertech INT 2000CT gas engine power plants each rated at 1948 kW. They were designed around MTU 20V4000L63 gas engines. The station is equipped with peaking boiler house on the base of Safonovo Heating Solution hot water boilers with thermal capacity of 11.6 and 35 MW.
