Gas turbine power plant will operate on the base mode. All generated electric power will be used for the needs of the enterprise. The main fuel for the station is natural gas.

The plant is synchronized with existing R-4-3.4/1.5-1 steam turbine plant manufactured by Kaluga turbine plant rated at 4 MW. PAES-2500 gas turbine plant rated at 2.5 MW is installed on the open site near the building of thermal power station. In future it is planned to commission one more similar gas turbine plant on the site of the enterprise. The main production of the enterprise is various types of biofuel.
