Mayakovskaya and Talakhovskaya gas turbine power stations with total electric output of 156 MW were put into operation in Gusev and Sovetsk respectively. Each station consists of two GE 6F.03 gas turbine plants rated at 78 MW. Gas turbine plants were assembled in Russia at Russian Gas Turbines Ltd. which is joint venture of General Electric, Inter RAO and United engine corporation JSC. In total under the contract with Kaliningradskaya generation eight 6F.03 gas turbine plants were delivered to Kaliningradskaya Region.

Initial water separation plant on the site of booster pumping station is equipped with the system of associated petroleum gas utilization. The system was developed on the base of Energas vacuum compressor station. The station provides compression of low pressure associated petroleum gas and delivery of the gas after mixing it with the gas of the first stage of separation to main compressor station. Nominal output of the station is 1500 m3 per hour. Gas consumption is controlled by two-level control system. All equipment is installed in separate weatherproof container. It operates in automated mode.

New controller was developed to satisfy the increasing emission protection requirements in the future from the amendment to the emission values in TA-Luft (Technical Instructions on Air Quality Control). In addition to the exhaust aftertreatment the VariSCR can also control the air/fuel ratio control system.

The unit will realize filtration, heating, pressure reduction and gas consumption metering. It will be used for parallel gas supply to the main and ancillary facilities on the field infrastructure. The unit will also supply fuel gas to new power station consisted of seven Titan 130 GS gas turbine plants. Gas preparation unit includes two units. The equipment is fully automatized, local control systems are integrated with top level of station control system.

The customer of the project is Rostelekom PJSC. The project is realized by the specialists of Ingross Ltd. The system was created on the base of six dynamic uninterruptible power supply units delivered by Eurodiesel Ltd. The units are developed around MTU diesel engines. Each unit size is 1760 kW. The first stage of the system was commissioned during 6 months. The equipment has shop design and is installed in separate building.

Under the contract UEC-Gas turbines will manufacture and supply six GTA-6RM gas turbine plants to the site of Kamennomysskoye more field. They are equipped with waste-heat boilers and all auxiliary equipment. Total electric output of the station after commissioning will be 36 MW. It will generate electric and thermal power for the needs of gas condensate field infrastructure.

GTA-6RM power plants were developed on the base of GTD-6RM gas turbines rated at 6 MW. They were developed and manufactured by NPO Saturn JSC (United engine corporation). Delivery of the equipment is planned in 2025. The plants are produced in container design and can operate on various types of fuel including associated petroleum gas. By now the enterprise produced 83 similar plants.

Akyrtobe compressor station is in operation at the connection point of Kazakhstan-China and Bukharsky gas-bearing area-Tashkent-Bishkek-Alma-Ata cross-country pipelines. The customer of the project is Intergas-Central Asia JSC. Iskra-Neftegas compressor Ltd. manufactured two GPA-16 gas pumping units for the compressor station. On the second stage of the project one more similar gas pumping unit will be supplied to the site of the station. After commissioning of the station pipelines capacity was substantially increased. GPA-16 Irtysh gas pumping units were developed by Design Bureau of the company and manufactured by Iskra-Neftegas compressor Ltd. on the base of KMPO NK-16-18STD gas turbines and GE 2BCL408A centrifugal compressors.
