A nodal assembly of a prototype TM16 gas turbine engine took place in Tyumen. It is intended for use as part of gas pumping units for the transportation of natural gas. The use of modern technical solutions in the design of the TM16 engine will increase efficiency and improve environmental performance in comparison with foreign analogues used in Gazprom PJSC. The service life of the new engine is more than 100 thousand hours.
