PGU-400 power plant will be installed on the site of Avtozavodskaya thermal power station. It will be designed around Mitsubishi Heavy Industries M701G gas turbine plant rated at 327 MW. The construction will be started at the beginning of 2013.

Gas pumping units were developed and manufactured by Saturn-Gas Turbines Ltd. They were designed around GTD-4RM gas turbines rated at 4.1 MW. The efficiency of the engine is 32.4 % (ISO conditions). The units are equipped with Ariel reciprocating compressors. The main advantage of such pumping units is the possibility to operate in wide range of inlet/outlet pressure levels. The units are equipped with Flender (Germany) reduction gears.

Total electric output of the station is 360 MW, thermal output of 264 MW. General contractor of the project is TEK Mosenergo. The station was developed on the base of four Ansaldo Energia V64.3A gas turbine power plants, four E-99.6/14.5-7.71/0.55-545/21 heat recovery steam generators supplied by Podolsky machine-building plant and two Kaluga turbine plant T-48/62-7.4/0.12 steam turbines equipped with TZFP-63-2MUZ 9 electric generators manufactured by Power Machines JSC. The commissioning of Steam turbine power plants was carried out by Lonas Technology JSC. Adlerskaya TETs is the biggest plant constructed under the program of preparation for international sporting contests of 2014.

The onshore wind power plant Guangrao with a capacity of 50 megawatts (MW) was completed at the end of 2012. It is the first project jointly delivered and implemented by the two wind power joint ventures of Siemens and Shanghai Electric. The joint ventures delivered 20 SWT-2.5.-108 wind turbines with an output of 2.5 megawatts each and a rotor diameter of 108 meters. This also marks a key milestone for the two companies after signing their alliance agreements at the end of 2011. Since their beginning in 2013, the two joint ventures called Siemens Wind Power Turbines (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, and Shanghai Electric Wind Energy Co., Ltd., are now in full operation and ready to serve the world's largest wind power market.

The project of the station was developed by Eneka company. The main power equipment was supplied by Filter. The station consists of GE Jenbacher JGS 320 GS-N.LC gas engine plant rated at 1053 kW, thermal output of 669 kW, MWM TCG2020V16K gas engine power plant rated at 1400 kW, thermal output of 647 kW, two BBS AHK-Z-2500 waste-heat boilers and Broad BDH 75 absorption chiller.

GTU-12P with nominal output of 12 MW was delivered to Kubanskaya compressor station. In total it is planned to supply 4 similar gas turbine plants. GTU-12P developed by Aviadvigatel JSC will be used to drive natural gas centrifugal compressor in GPA-12 Ural gas pumping unit. GPA-12 Ural units developed by Iskra NPO will be manufactured by Iskra-Turbogas Ltd
The construction of pipeline from Kubanskaya up to Korenovskaya compressor stations is envisaged under the first stage of pipeline construction. The commissioning of the pipeline will give the opportunity to provide additional volumes of natural gas to central and southern areas of Russia for the development of industry and communal services. Under South Stream project 10 compressor stations will be constructed.
