Arkhenergo (affiliate of MRSK Severo-Zapad JSC) has finished the delivery of diesel fuel for the station. This year it is planned to cut expenses for electric power generation by means of advanced technologies using. In particular the company bought diesel fuel quantum activator which would help to optimize generating sets operation and prolong their service life. Mezenskaya power station with total electric output of 7.2 MW consists of six RUMO DG-72M-400 and three RUMO DG-73 diesel power plants. The tests conducted in 2011 showed that using of this technology reduces specified fuel consumption by 10 %.
