So, Inter RAO UES, JSC fulfilled all its commitments according to the contract for power supply. Ivanovskiye PGU is the first combined cycle power station in Russia. The project was realized by Russian companies – NPO Saturn (GTD-110 gas turbine plant), Power Machines (steam turbine), ZiO-Podolsk (heat-recovery steam generators). General contractor for the project is Technopromexport, general designer is Teploelectroproject Institute. First unit of the station was put into operation in May 2008. PGU-325 combined cycle power plant efficiency is 51 %. The station has very low NOx emission level – 50 mg/m3.
On the site of Ivanovskiye PGU new power technologies and equipment are developing for technical modernization of old power stations in Russia.

Siemens Energy Service has been awarded a new order by PDM Widnes in Cheshire, United Kingdom (UK), for the performance upgrade of two small-scale steam turbines which power the company's carbon-neutral biomass combustion plants. The new contract with Siemens is focused on upgrades which will improve plant performance and enable PDM to qualify for Government CHP (combined heat and power) incentives. The contract is part of a larger plant modernization project. Commissioning is expected by the end of December 2012.
FG Wilson diesel generating sets rated at 400…560 kW are successfully used for main and stand-by power supply on various objects. The main changes here are new design of fuel tank, compact radiator, high solidity and corrosion resistance and others. Generating sets are equipped with modern PowerWizard1.1+ digital control panels (standard) and easYgen-2500/3200 synchronizing panels (special orders). The equipment is supplied in Russia by Hited Ltd.
ED520-Ò6300-2RN (DE80) diesel power plant has nominal output of 520 kW. The plants will be installed on the site of power station which is under construction in Yuzhno-Kurilsk settlement on Kunashir Island.
Gas turbine plant will be installed on the site of Kuznetskaya GTES. The customer of the project is Kuzbassenergo JSC, general contractor is Sibirenergoengineering JSC. GTE-145 gas turbine plant was manufactured by Power Machines JSC and assembled by Siemens Gas Turbine Technologies (Saint-Petersburg). At present the plant is ready for the delivery to the customer.
Ural-6000 gas turbine power plants each rated at 6 MW have modular design. They are installed on the open site. Aviadvigatel delivered and commissioned Ural-6000 gas turbine power plants under the contract with Irkutsk Oil Company. The plants operate in parallel with PAES-2500 gas turbine plants. Total electric output of the station is 27 MW. All generated power is used for the needs of oil field infrastructure. In April 2012 the contract for the delivery of third Ural-6000 gas turbine plant was signed by the companies.
The enterprice won the tender for the delivery of 22 GPA-Ts-25 gas pumping units each rated at 25 MW for the construction of Kazachjya, Korenovskaya, Shakhtinskaya compressor stations. The project of South Stream cross-country gas pipeline construction is realizing by Gazprom JSC. The pipeline will transport natural gas to south regions of Russia.
The first stage of construction will start in December 2012. Under this stage Kazachjya, Korenovskaya, Shakhtinskaya compressor stations will be commissioned.
GPA-Ts-25 gas pumping units were designed around PS-90GP-25 gas turbine engine developed by Aviadvigatel JSC. The units are equipped with RTM 25 centrifugal compressors supplied by RusTurboMash Ltd. They were developed on the base of advanced Siemens technologies. Their efficiency is 88 %.
