Low pressure compressor station was commissioned on the site of Pyakyakhinskoye field.

The site of Pyakyakhinskoye field is equipped with compressor station for associated petroleum gas collection and transportation. The station will consists of nine compressor plants of various types and application. Among them there is DКС-2160-1/4-8 low pressure compressor plant for compression of associated petroleum gas from second stage of separation. The output of the plant is 101…2160 м3/h. It is equipped with two-level control system. The plant operates in automatic mode and is equipped with all necessary environmental support systems (heating, ventilation, lightning) and fire-protection system. All installation and commissioning works were carried out by the specialists of ServiceEnergas (Energas Group of Companies).

New Electrotyazhmash-Privod T-25 electric generator was mounted on test rig in Dzerzhinsky (Moscow Region)

The mounting of new T-25 rated at 25 MW was finished on the test rig on the site of Gorizont MKB. At present the generator is under commissioning. The generator will operate as a part of test rig for Salute gas turbine testings. T-25 electric generator was developed by the specialists of Electrotyazhmash-Privod.

T Plus Company takes part in the construction of Kazanskaya TETs-1

T Plus Group signed the contract with Uralenergostroy Managing Company for the construction of two power units of Kazanskaya TETs-1 with total electric output of 230 MW. The customer of the project is Generating company JSC (Tatarstan Republic). General contractor of the project is Uralenergostroy, general designer of the station is Energoprogress engineering center. T Plus Group will carry out engineering support of the project, commissioning of the equipment.

Each power unit of the station will comprise of GE Frame 6FA gas turbine plant rated at 75 MW, Uralsky turbine plant steam turbine with electric output of 40 MW and EMAlliance heat recovery steam generator. The commissioning of combined cycle power station on the site is planned up to the April of 2018.

LIТ1500 diesel generating sets

The station consists of three BАEКТ-1200.3 diesel power plants developed on the base of Laser Industries LIТ1500 diesel generating sets. Nominal electric output of each plant is 1200 kW. The equipment was commissioned under turn-key contract by Energia TEK JSC (Saint Petersburg).

GrandMotors JSC supplied power equipment for Caspian Pipeline Consortium

Under the contract GrandMotors supplied two GMC2250 (GMGen Power Systems) diesel power plants each rated at 1600 kW. The plants were developed on the base of Cummins QSK60G4 diesel engines. They will be installed on the site of sea port in Novorossiysk.

Vostochnaya TETs thermal power station comprises of three GE LM6000 PF Sprint gas turbine power plants each rated at 4 is 6.4 MW. Total electric output of the station is 139.5 MW, thermal output is 421 Gcal per hour. The main fuel for the station is natural gas. The station operates in cogeneration cycle. The station provides more than 20 % of power demands of Vladivostok.

TekhInvest Service presented mobile gas turbine power plants to the market

MIG Series gas turbine plants were developed on the base of GTD-1250 gas turbine designed and manufactured by Klimov JSC. The gas turbine is used as T-80 tank power package. On the base of this gas turbine simple and cogeneration power plants (800 and 1000 kW) were developed. These plants can operate on the base of various types of fuel such as natural gas, associated petroleum gas, coal-bed methane, biogas and others. They can operate on dual-fuel mode and use diesel oil, kerosene, naphtha and heavy fuel oil as the main fuel. The overhaul life of the plants is 40000 operating hours. The pilot power plant is installed on the site of boiler-house of the enterprise.
