Full-scale testing of combined cycle power station on the site of Dyagilevskaya TETs (Ryazanskaya Region) was finished

The testing was continuing during 72 hours. In result all parameters of the equipment were confirmed. The commissioning of the station is planned in 2017. The station consists of two SGT-800 gas turbine power plants each rated at 45 MW with electric generators, heat-recovery steam generators and SST-400 steam turbine supplied by Podolsky machine-building plant with electric generator.

Kietaviskiu gausa is constructing power station

Under the project the company is updating green-house complex built more than 30 years ago. As a part of the project new power station will be constructed on the site of green-house. The station was developed on the base of MWM TCG 2020 V20 gas engine power plant rated at 1.7 MW. The main fuel for the station is natural gas. The station will operate in cogeneration cycle. All generated electric power will be used for the needs of site infrastructure, thermal power – for green-house heating.

GrandMotors provided emergency power supply for warehouse complex in Moscow Region

KOHLER-SDMO D550 for FMLogisticUnder the contract with FMLogistic GrandMotors Group of Companies supplied two diesel power plants each rated 900 kW to warehouse complex which is situated in Electrougli, Noginsky District. The station consists of two KOHLER-SDMO D550 plants. They will generate electric power in the case of power outages for stand-by and emergency power supply to all infrastructure of warehouse. The plants are installed in special room of the warehouse with connecting of all necessary utility lines. Radiators of the plants are built in special ventilation chambers with automatic control of the valves depending on the temperature in the room.

Microturbine power station generates electric and thermal power for mountain ski resort in Byelorussia

The project of the power station construction was realized by BPC-Engineering. The station was constructed on the site of Silichi mountain ski resort in Minskaya Region. The station was developed on the base of C65 microturbine power plant rated at 65 kW with thermal output of 115 kW. The station operates in autonomous mode.

GrandMotors Group of Companies supplied power plants for the construction of Power of Siberia pipeline.

Under the contract GrandMotors supplied one Cummins C550D5E and two Cummins C330D5E diesel power plants. Total electric output of the plants is 900 kW. All generated power will be used for welding machines for connection of pipeline segments. All equipment is installed in Sever BKS-1 containers developed and manufactured by GrandMotors. The volume of fuel tank of each plant is 1000 liters.

Gas pumping units each rated at 10 MW were commissioned on the site of Georgievsk compressor station (Stavropolsky Area).

The project was realized under the program of reconstruction of compressor stations of North Caucasus-Center. Gas pumping units were developed and manufactured by UEC-Gas turbines on the base of GTU-10P gas turbine drives manufactured by Perm motor plant and developed by Aviadvigatel JSC.

Low pressure compressor station was commissioned on the site of Pyakyakhinskoye field.

The site of Pyakyakhinskoye field is equipped with compressor station for associated petroleum gas collection and transportation. The station will consists of nine compressor plants of various types and application. Among them there is DКС-2160-1/4-8 low pressure compressor plant for compression of associated petroleum gas from second stage of separation. The output of the plant is 101…2160 м3/h. It is equipped with two-level control system. The plant operates in automatic mode and is equipped with all necessary environmental support systems (heating, ventilation, lightning) and fire-protection system. All installation and commissioning works were carried out by the specialists of ServiceEnergas (Energas Group of Companies).
