Diesel power plants will be delivered to the site of Vostochno-Urengoysky licensed site

The plants were manufactured by Mamins Volga Diesel Plant JSC. Under the contract four diesel plants will be delivered to the customer. Among them are two ED 1350Т-Т400-3RN each rated at 1350 kW, ED 1260Т-Т400-3RN rated at 1260 kW developed on the base of МТU 12V4000 diesel engines and ED 262Т-Т400-3RN rated at 262 kW developed on the base of ТМZ-8435.10 engine.

Russian gas turbines Ltd. completed the delivery of gas turbine plants for three new power stations in Kaliningradskaya Region

Supply of gas turbine 6F.036F.03 gas turbine plants will be installed on the sites of Pregolskaya station (Kaliningrad), Mayakovskaya station (Gusev) and Talakhovskaya station (Sovetsk). Total electric output of the plants will be of 800 MW. The plants are equipped with ТF-90G-2U3 electric generators manufactured and supplied by Elsib NPO. Equipment for fuel gas treatment were delivered by Systems oil & gas Baltia.

Center of additive technologies will appear in Perm

On Perm Engines territory Center of additive technologies – conjoint project of UEC-Perm Engines and UEC-Aviadvigatel – will be established in the main building of the company.

There is the list of parts manufactured in comply with additive technologies used in new generation PD-14 engine. The major nomenclature is combustor chamber swirler as well as premixer of LECC to manufacture industrial engines. Further the item nomenclature is planned to be extended.

TM-MASH Ltd. supplied waste-heat recovery units for diesel power plant

ТММ-ТМВГ.250 waste-heat recovery unit

ТММ-ТМВГ.250 waste-heat recovery units will be used for cogeneration power plants on the base of Scania DC13 072A diesel engines. The plants operate on the site of diamond field of Yakutiya (Alrosa JSC / Diamonds of Anabar). Exhaust gases waste-heat recovery at maximum load of AD-400 diesel plant (Dizel Company) is 233 kW.

Turbomuch will supply three power plants for multi-functional center in Minsk

The contract for the equipment delivery was signed with Gazprom Transgaz Belarus JSC. Under the contract Turbomach will supply three TBM-C40 gas turbine plants each rated at 3.5 MW. They were developed on the base of Solar Centaur 40 GS gas turbine engines and LSA 56 BS55/4p electric generators with voltage of 6.3 kV and frequency of 50 Hz. Power station has modular design. It will operate on the base mode in parallel with the main power grid. Commissioning of the station is planed in 2019. The realization of the project will give the opportunity to decrease the city electric grids load.

Ansaldo Energia awarded long term service agreements for power equipment at Yuzhnouralskaya GRES-2

Yuzhnouralskaya GRES-2

Yuzhnouralskaya GRES, a branch of Inter RAO Electrogeneration JSC, awarded to Ansaldo Energia a 5 years long term service agreement for their Yuzhnouralskaya GRES-2 combined cycle power plant. Commissioned in November 2014, the 430 MW power plant has two Siemens SGT5-4000F gas turbines, two Siemens SGEN5-2000H generators and two Siemens SST5-3000 steam turbines in one-on one single shaft configuration.

Assembling of auxiliary equipment is underway on the site of Mayakovskaya TES (Kaliningradskaya Region)

All works are carried out by Intertekhelectro. At present auxiliary modules of gas turbine plants are installed on the foundations. High-voltage tests of generator stator are finished. Auxiliary power transformers are installed on the foundations. Total electric output of Mayakovskaya TES is 160 MW. The station consists of two 6F.03 gas turbine power plants manufactured by Russian gas turbines Ltd. (Rybinsk). General contractor for the project is Intertekhelectro. The customer of the station is Kaliningradskaya Generation Ltd – joint venture between Rosneftegas JSC and Inter RAO PJSC. Project management fron customer side is realized by Inter RAO – Engineering Ltd.
