Power plants on the site of Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye field

The stations are installed on the sites of multiple-well platforms of Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye licensed site in Tazovsky District of Yamalo-Nenetsky Autonomous Area. General contractor and supplier of the main power equipment for the project is Volgaenergoprom TSK. In total 15 diesel power plants were delivered for 8 power stations. They were developed on the base of Cummins diesel engines and Mecc Alte electric generators with voltage of 0.4 kV.

UEC-Gas turbines JSC will deliver power equipment for power station on the site of Yurubcheno-Tokhomskoye field

UEC-Gas turbines JSC was awarded the contract for production and delivery of power equipment for gas turbine power station with total output of 36 MW on the site of Yurubcheno-Tokhomskoye oil & gas condensate field. Under the contract with Vostsibneftegas PJSC the company will supply six GTA-6RM gas turbine plants for the second stage of power station.

Compressor plants for gas of first stage of separation were commissioned on the site of Pyakyakhinskoye field

Compressor plants on the site of Pyakyakhinskoye fieldOil and gas condensate field is equipped with compressor station for associated petroleum gas collection and transportation. The station will consist of nine various compressor plants supplied by Energas Ltd. Four of them are aimed for compression (up to 3 MPa) of associated petroleum gas supplied from the first stage of oil separation. The output of each compressor plant is 16180 m3/h. Modular EGSI-S-200/1400WA plants are developed for severe operation conditions). The plants operate on automatic mode and are equipped with environmental and safety control systems. The station includes gas disposition terminal for measuring of associated petroleum gas flow. At present all equipment is assembled on the site. And the preparations for commissioning works are being carried out at the station. All necessary works will be fulfilled by the specialists of ServiceEnergas Ltd. (Energas Group of Companies).

Centrax signed the contract for the delivery of CX 501-KB7 gas turbine plants

The contract was signed with Taas-Yuryakh Netegasdobycha (Rosneft). Under the contract Centrax will supply 12 CX 501-KB7 gas turbine plants. They will operate on the site of Taas-Yuryakh field in Mirninsky District of Sakha Republic. The delivery of the equipment is planed in 2017.

KMPO JSC commissioned four hangar type gas pumping units on the site of booster compressor station of Urengoyskoye field

Urengoyskoye field

The customer of the project is Gasprom dobycha Urengoy Ltd. The project was developed by VNIPIgasdobycha Institute. Gas pumping units were developed on the base of NK-16-18ST gas turbine drives and 324GTs2-380/53-57М1 centrifugal compressors delivered by Sumy NPO named after Frunze.

Power Machines PJSC signed the contract for modernization of two power units of Norilskaya TETs-2

Turn-key contract was signed with Norilsky Nikel. Under the contract Power Machines will reconstruct two power units of Norilskaya TETs-2 with complete replacement of main and auxiliary equipment. The scope of equipment delivery for each power unit will include steam extraction turbine rated at 130 MW equipped with electric generator manufactured by Power Machines, steam boiler with output of 500 tons per hour manufactured by Krasny Kotelshchik (Taganrog), two unit transformers with capacity of 160 and 250 MVA manufactured by joint venture of Power Machines and Toshiba. The commissioning of the 1st power unit of the station is planned in 2020, of the 2nd unit in 2022. In result the reliability and commercial efficiency will be increased.

Kazankompressormash manufactured packaged compressor units for Irkutskaya oil company

Packaged compressor unitThree MKU TAKAT screw compressor plants were supplied for the construction of gas turbine power station on the site of Ichyodinskoye oil field (Irkutskaya oil company). TAKAT 9.4-12 М3а and ТАКАТ 17.4-19 М3а oil-flooded screw compressor units were developed by NIIturbocompressor named after V.B. Shnepp (GMS Group) and are intended for associated petroleum gas treatment and uninterruptible fuel gas supply of gas turbine power station.
