United Engine Corporation – Gas Turbines put into operation the second GPA-16U gas pumping unit to compressor station. The units were used for the reconstruction of compressor station.

REP Holding delivered 5200/25 turbocompressor plant to Magnitogorsky Iron & Steel Works.

Under the contract REP Holding manufactured K-25-3.0 steam turbine rated at 25 MW and K5500 centrifugal compressor. 5200/25 turbocompressor plant will compress atmospheric air and supply it to blast-furnace.

Gas engine power station was commissioned in Zhlobin (Republic of Belarus).

The station was constructed on the site of Belоrussky metallurgical plant and consists of GE Jenbacher (Austria) plants. At present two power plants are in operation commersial. Each of them consists of JGS 620 GS-N.LC gas engine rated at 3349 kW, electric generator with voltage of 10.5 kV and Clayton (Belgium) waste-heat boiler. The efficiency of gas engine plants is 43,5 %.

All power equipment is installed on the open site. The station operates in parallel with main power grid of Bylorussia Republic. The customer of the project is Belоrussky metallurgical plant. Main power equipment was supplied by Filter Company. The project includes the installation of special DeNOx system for the reduction of NOx emission in exhaust gases. As a result the level of NOx is redused from 500 up to 100 mg/m3.

Cogeneration power station will be constructed on the base of ORC plant in Berezovsky settlement, Khabarovsky Area.

Cogeneration power station with electric output of 5.5 MW will be constructed on the site of wood processing plant. The station was developed on the base of ORC plant delivered by Turboden.

CHP station was commissioned in Adygeya.

ROLT power systems (ROLT group) put into commercial operation ROLT PSG 2000 cogeneration power plant with total electric output of 2000 kW on the site of Khladokombinat Zapadny in Otradnoye settlement, Adygeya Republic. Thermal power output of the station is 1970 kW. The station operates on the island mode and generate electric and thermal power for the needs of the enterprise. The station was developed on the base of MWM TCG 2020V20 gas engine plant and low-voltage electric generator with voltage of 0.4 kV. Specialists of ROLT carried out the works under turn-key contract.

PGU-220 combined cycle power station was commissioned on the site of TETs-12 in Moscow.

The station consists of GTE-160 rated at 160 MW gas turbine plant delivered by Power Machines JSC, Т-56/73 steam turbine rated at 73 MW manufactured by Kaluga turbine plant, heat recovery steam generator, ТZFG-160 and ТZFP-80 rated at 160 and 80 МW correspondingly. Nominal rating electric power of the station is 220 MW, (211.6 MW in heat-extraction mode), thermal output is 140 Gcal/h. The main fuel is natural gas, backup fuel is diesel fuel. The commissioning of the station was carried out by the specialists of Power Machines JSC and STGT Ltd.

Gas engine power station was commissioned on the site of thread-filar factory in Saint-Petersburg.

The station consists of three MWM TCG 2020 V12 gas engine power plants. It operates in cogeneration cycle on the base mode in parallel with the main power grid. Total electric power of the station is 3.6 MW, thermal output is 3.59 MW. The main fuel for the station is natural gas. The equipment is installed on the open site. The company invested in the project more than 100 mln rubles and plans to cover the expenses during three years of operation.
