Mitsubishi Power is establishing its first analytics and performance center for power generating and energy systems in Europe.

TOMONI HUB is to be located in the Duisburg office, Germany, a centre of excellence within EMEA of Mitsubishi Power. The HUB will support operations and maintenance for various types of power plants, from gas-fired power plants to industrial applications and decentralized solutions, by applying the latest digital technologies. By using the TOMONI suite of intelligent solutions, the HUB can analyze massive amounts of data from power plants and use them to provide predictive maintenance, solve complex problems, increase plant performance and improve economic efficiency. By combining technology offerings with state of the art digital solutions, customers will have the tools to manage their assets.

The Ryazan food enterprise is provided with its own source of electric power.

Autonomous EnergoService has completed the delivery and commissioning of SGE-56SL/40 gas engine power plant manufactured by Siemens Energy with an electric capacity of 1001 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz. It is intended for Lina factory of home products in Ryazan. The power plant is equipped with a heat recovery system of the main circuit and a remote monitoring and control system that does not require additional licenses.

The first stage of gas engine power station at the Pestsovoye field has been put into operation.

The EnergoTechService company has completed the commissioning of the first stage of the power plant for Gazpromneft-Zapolyarye LLC at the Pestsovy field. The project uses for the first time the new ETS-W1560 gas engine power plants, launched into serial production at the beginning of 2021. Five power plants with a capacity of 1.25 MW each serve to supply power to cluster sites, mobile oil treatment plant, as well as other facilities under construction. When choosing the equipment the fuel versatility, reliability and high performance characteristics of the ETS-W1560 were taken into account as appropriate working conditions at the field.

Rolls-Royce Power Systems has signed agreements for the delivery of several hundred mtu engines and power generation systems.

The orders come from four industrial sectors: power generation, construction and industrial, mining and rail. The agreements were announced at the fourth China International Import Expo. For the power generation sector, Power Systems signed letters of intent with Chinese customers EPG and SUMEC.

Three diesel power plants have been supplied for the construction of the Moscow-Kazan expressway.

GrandMotors supplied three GMGen Power Systems container diesel power plants: GMC1100 with an electric capacity of 800 kW and two GMC900 with 640 kW each developed on the base of Cummins engines. The equipment is intended for power supply to consumers during the construction of the M-12 Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod-Kazan expressway with a bridge crossing over the Volga. All three diesel power plants are installed in special all-weather low-noise containers.

Kaluga Turbine Plant will manufacture and supply power equipment for Volga JSC.

As part of the contract Kaluga Turbine Plant will manufacture and supply a K-27-2.9 condensing turbine with a capacity of 27 MW for a paper mill in Balakhna, Nizhny Novgorod region. The delivery package will include an automatic control system for a steam turbine plant and a TAP-30-2U3 generator manufactured by the Electrosila.

TM MASH LLC has developed a module for heat recovery of flue gases of an industrial furnace.

The company continues to cooperate with enterprises of the oil and gas industry and manufacturers of specialized equipment and components for production facilities.

By order of the Oilfield Equipment «Unicom» plant TM MASH designed and manufactured the module for heat recovery of flue gases of an industrial furnace. The flue gas temperature is about 700 °C. This caused changes in the standard layout of the heat recovery module. The bypass line of the TMM-TMVG.150 module additionally provides a cooling air supply.
