Techexpo company has manufactured container diesel power plants for back-up power for the Baltic Gas Chemical Complex in Ust-Luga, Leningrad Region. Two TE.1800C-T10500-2RN (BAES) diesel power plants each rated at 2 MW are based on Mitsubishi S16R2 series engines and TH528G (EvoTec) electric generators with a voltage of 10.5 kV, with current and voltage transformers. The customer is Seven China National Chemical Engineering and Construction Corporation.

HAYAT Russia is increasing its production capacity: a large plant for the production of paper products is being built on the Borovskaya site of the Kaluga special economic zone. An autonomous power station is being created here to supply production with its own energy resources. The generation of electricity and process steam will be provided by the Solar Mars 100 gas turbine plant and heat recovery boiler. One of the important factors contributing to the reliable and efficient operation of generating equipment is the quality of fuel gas.

Gas engine power plants are leased to Gorny oil and gas company, the operation is carried out by EnergoTechService specialists.

MOTORTECH presents a compressor monitoring device, known as the MOTORTECH Compressor Monitor (MCM). It is a PLC-based monitoring system for gas-driven reciprocating compressor packages. It features a 254 mm touch-screen display, four interfaces – RS232, RS485, two USB and one Ethernet, and four configurable 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 V outputs for any control task.

Western Incheon fuel cell power plant is composed of 5 phases with a total capacity of 76.88MW which is the second largest following the ShinincheonBitdream fuel cell power plant. Doosan Fuel Cell has been involved from the 2nd to 5th phase, offering a total 65.68 MW. The plant can power approximately 240,000 households.

Three JMS 620 GS-N.L (INNIO Jenbacher) gas engine cogeneration power plants have been installed as part of the project with an electric capacity of 10.1 MW and thermal capacity of 7.98 Gcal/h. The technical re-equipment of the gas equipment of the peak hot-water boiler house was also carried out with the replacement of the pipe part of two KV-GM-58.2-150 (PTVM-50) hot-water boilers. In August 2021 the second stage of reconstruction of the Klintsovskaya CHP was completed. Under the 2nd stage three JMS 624 GS-N.L cogeneration plants were commissioned with total electric output of 13.2 MW, thermal output is 10 Gcal/h.
