TGP-6.3-6000 turbogenerator was developed for Rubtsovskaya TETs (Barnaulskaya teplomagistralnaya company). Turbogenerator active power is 6 MW, efficiency is 97.7 %, weight is 16 tons. Earlier the enterprise produced generators with capacity of more than 30 MW. Tests of pilot generator under nominal load were finished in February on the site of NPO Elsib testing facility.


C1400D5 diesel power plant was supplied by GrandMotors under the contract with Gasprom transgas Saratov Ltd. The plant is used for backup power supply of administration building and information center of the enterprise. Developer for the construction of the buildings is Tashir industrial-construction group.


The company will manufacture two gas pumping units on the base of Taurus 70 gas turbines rated at 8 MW produced by Solar Turbines Inc. They will be used for natural gas compression and its transportation to Mubareksky gas processing plant. The units will be equipped with BCL compressors co-produced by Thermodyn.


Automatic control system of MS5002E gas turbine plant rated at 32 MW was commissioned. MS5002E drives Ladoga-32 gas pumping unit. The control system was developed by the specialists of REP Holding on the base of REGUL controllers with using of original algorithms of gas turbine control. Control system is equipped with R600 DA03 specialized units. Control system is installed at gas pumping unit under operation on the site of Maloperanskaya compressor station of Bovanenkovo-Ukhta cross-country natural gas pipeline for pilot operation.


The station consists of three AD 512-Т400-2RBK diesel plants developed on the base of Cummins VTA28G5 engines and Stamford electric generators. Two plants are in operation, third plant is on standby. Nominal output of each plant is 1.5 MW. Main power equipment was supplied by TD Electroagregat.


Under the contract with Gasprom tsentrremont UEC-Gas turbines supplied four GPA-6.3 gas pumping units each rated at 6.3 MW. They were developed on the base of GTD-6.3RM gas turbines manufactured by NPO Saturn and К188-22-1LSU centrifugal compressors .
