The specialists of Siemens Gas Turbine Technologies finished upgrading of SGT5-4000F gas turbine on the site of unite № 9 of Serovskaya GRES power station (OGC-2). In result installed power capacity of combined cycle power plant is 450 MW. The scope of works included complete disassembly of gas turbine with rotor roll-out and cascade of blades replacement. In September upgraded equipment was put into operation and guarantee tests were carried out. Under the tests power plant was in operation during 72 hours with maximal load of 450 MW. The project of power unit upgrading with provide necessary power reserve to the Region.


Under the project booster compressor station on the base of two Centaur 40 turbocompressor units. This equipment will give the opportunity to reduce wellsites’ extraction pressure at Yablunovskoye, Skorobogatkovskoye and Komyshnyanskoye fields and provide necessary inlet and outlet pressure in the section of natural gas processing. The companies also signed strategic partnership agreement which stipulates individual terms for equipment and spare parts delivery, maintenance and repair.


UEC-GT, JSC and Gazprom Komplektatsiya have signed the contract on supply of three GPA-16 gas compressor sets each rated at 16 MW for the Power of Siberia cross-country natural gas pipeline project. The equipment will be installed at the gas compressor station of Kovyktinskoye field located in mountain taiga of Lena-Angara Plateau in the upper reaches of Orlingi and Chichapty that are the right-bank tributaries of Lena river. Container gas compressor sets were developed on the base of PS-90GP2 gas turbines designed by UEC-Aviadvigatel and manufactured by UEC-Perm motors. Power of Siberia will provide Russia with new markets for the natural gas selling to China and Asia-Pacific countries.


Simple cycle power station was developed on the base of three Siemens SGT-700 gas turbine power plants. Total electric output of the station is 98 MW. The main fuel for the station is natural gas. All generated electric power is used for the needs of gas chemical complex. The project was realized by TOYO Engineering in cooperation with LG International Corporation and Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd.







The station was constructed by NG-Energo under turn-key contract signed with Severalmaz JSC. The station consists of six MAN 18V28/32S gas engine power plants. At present the main fuel for the station is heavy fuel oil, back-up is diesel fuel. All generated electric and thermal power is used for the needs of enterprise. The commissioning of the station was carried out by the specialists of NG-Energo. Total electric output of the station is 24 MW. After modernization total operating costs of the station were reduced by two times. JSC Severalmaz is an ore and diamond mining company that was originally established in 1992 and is one of the newer players in Russian mining.



PSM Company delivered and commissioned eight diesel power plants each rated at 800 kW on the site of Kondinskoye field (Rosneft PSJC). They were developed on the base of Cummins QST30-G4 diesel engines. Since 2017 eight ADMi-800 power plants on the base of Mitsubishi diesel engines were in operation on the site.


TM MASH Ltd. manufactured and shipped five ТММ-ТМ.650 thermal units for containerized power plants developed on the base of MAN E3262 LE 202 gas engines. Maximum thermal output of each unit is 650 kW. Power plants were manufactured by KrialEnergostroy.
